  • The Exchange The Old Library, Walnut Tree Road DA8 1RS (map)

The lives of two female writers intertwine in this story about success, excellence and the power of incredibly delicious food. Director Nora Ephron whose previous films include the romantic classics Sleepless in Seattle and When Harry Met Sally, this film is pure warmth and joy.

This film is part of a new film programme exploring cinematic portrayals of a diverse group of writers – including food, comic book, children’s book writers and poets, and exploring themes of loss, sexuality, fulfilment, dependence and star-crossed love.
