The Narrative Editions programme (previously Discuss + Decolonise) came out of a discussion with members of the community about the Black Square phenomenon, and the desire to do something more meaningful to address racial inequality. It started as a safe space for people to talk about their experiences of racism and discrimination, and later became a discussion group inviting guest artists, thinkers and practitioners in further develop the discussion.
So far the programme has welcomed artist Esi Eshun, Learning & Participation Manager at Autograph ABP Ali Eisa, Lead Educator at The Black Curriculum Kwame Boateng, ceramicist Bisila Noha, and Sicgmone Kludje and Vea Koranteng, founders of Black Girl Knit Club.
Keep an eye on our Events page for future events and join the discussion.
