Operations Assistant - The Garden Room

The Exchange is looking for a self-motivated ‘all-rounder’ with demonstrable experience in Hospitality, who will bring initiative and enthusiasm to the role of Operations Assistant, primarily working in our Garden Room Shop & Coffee Bar.

The Garden Room is our beautiful retail space where we sell products handmade here at The Exchange, and other goods from producers who share our passion for craft, plants, and social and environmental sustainability. The coffee bar serves hot drinks and sweet treats that can be enjoyed in the space, in the garden or taken away. All proceeds from The Garden Room go back into funding our work at The Exchange. You’ll help create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for our team, volunteers, and visitors, ensuring every interaction is a positive one.
