3-day Wheel Throwing Pottery Class for 10 - 16 year olds

Are you aged between 10 and 16 and interested in pottery wheel throwing?
Join us for this new 3-day summer holiday pottery wheel throwing course where you will learn the basics of throwing, including centering the clay on the wheel, throwing cylinders and bowls, and trimming the bases of your work. This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to those who are more confident on the wheel and would like to improve their skills.
At the end of the course, all participants will be able to choose two of their own pieces to have glazed and fired to take home and keep.
Designed and led by Merissa Hylton, a multidisciplinary artist and educator based in London.

Cancellations and rescheduled classes:
We have a minimum pre-bookings requirement of 3 participants for this course; in the unlikely event your class has fewer than 3 participants we may need to reschedule the course for a later date. We will give you advanced notice and offer you a refund if we cannot find a new time that suits you. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in such instances.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a course, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to somebody else. Although we will try and work with you, we cannot offer refunds within 14 days of the course start date.
We reserve the right to cancel or make changes to any courses, workshops or one-off sessions. You will receive a full refund.
