Cancellations and rescheduled classes/courses
We have a minimum number of pre-bookings required for our paid-for events and classes; in the unlikely event your class has fewer participants than required, we may need to reschedule the class/course for a later date. We will give you advanced notice and offer you a refund if we cannot find a new time that suits you. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in such instances.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a class/course, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to somebody else. Although we will try and work with you to find an alternative session, we cannot offer refunds within 14 days of the class/course start date as our costs will be fixed at that point.
We reserve the right to cancel or make changes to any classes, courses, workshops or one-off sessions. You will receive a full refund.
