WORKSHOP: Lantern Making

As the nights grow longer, it's the perfect season to celebrate the magic of light.

Become part of our Community Maker and Family Art Club teams and help bring a touch of enchantment to The Exchange by crafting vibrant lanterns that will illuminate our community space and to create an illuminated Garden Trail! From cotton reel lanterns to giant gardening spades, we shall design and develop a series of handmade displays for the trail that will light up in December.

Whether you come solo or with friends, everyone is welcome! No experience is needed—and all materials are provided. Just bring your creativity and enjoy the glow.

This workshop is part of the Leaves Fall in Bright Sound programme, which is part of Night Visions— an Arts Council-supported initiative led by the Bexley Culture Network, of which The Exchange is a proud member.

FREE | DROP-IN | Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult | #CelebratingBexley
