Make & Wonder Summer Sessions - Creative sessions rooted in nature, place and story. Printing, drawing, sewing and making together — for curious minds of all ages.
Join local creative educator Lauren for two new creative morning sessions for families this August. Head into the garden to look closely at the natural world, then come back inside to respond through monoprinting — a magical printmaking technique where every print is a surprise. Drawing warm ups, choice of materials and plenty of time to experiment at your own pace.
Lauren is a qualified primary school teacher, tutor and practising printmaker with many years’ experience working with children and families. Through Make & Wonder, Lauren combines educational expertise, scientific curiosity and hands-on creative practice to design thoughtful learning experiences rooted in process, wonder, resilience and joy.
Adults warmly welcome to make alongside children. Suitable for ages 7+.
