How to Join?
JOINING REQUIREMENTS
The only requirements for volunteering here at The Exchange are COMMITMENT & GENEROSITY.
We do not require that you have any previous experience in your chosen area, only a desire to learn and to give back.
This volunteer workshop model is unique to The Exchange, and we are still trialling it to see how it will work. Because developing practical skills takes time, there is some time commitment involved. We understand that giving time can be hard with work, family or other commitments, so if you are unsure and want to talk to us about this, get in touch.
Volunteer Introduction
Are you interested in participating in one of our Workshop projects? Or are you interested in meeting and greeting people in the Garden Room, telling our visitors about what we do? Then why not come in to one of our Introductions to find out more about our work, what we believe in and what our ambitions are. And if you like what you hear, sign up!
